Benin City Province on creation has four Dioceses to with:

1 Archdiocese of Benin City,
2 Wari Diocese
3 Issele-Uku Diocese
4 Bomadi Vicariate
Today Auchi Dioccs (2003) and Uromi Diocese (2006) have been created.

BISHOPS IN THE PROVINCE

The Local Ordinary of the Province is Archbishop Patrick E. Ekpu. He is also the Archbishop of Benin Archdiocese.

CHAPLAIN

Very Rev.Fr. Dr. Joachim Aghware is the first Chaplain of the Province. He is still the Chaplain of the province till date.

	The Chaplains of the Dioceses are as follows:

		Rev. Fr. Jude Ufuoma Sagbodje Warn Diocese
		Rev. Fr. Christopher B. Aninye Issele-Uku Diocese
		Rev. Fr. G. Shaba Auchi Diocese

Uromi Diocese has just been created. At the time of compiling this write up the Bishop of Uromi Diocese was just installed and by the grace of God when he settles down he will look into the appointment of chaplain for the Charismatic. We are also expecting the appointment of a Chaplain for Bomadi Vicariate.
